What Dana said

Um, so yeah, I came in for a cleaning and honestly I was kind of dreading it, I haven’t been in like two years. But Maria, the hygienist, she was super gentle and she didn’t lecture me at all, which, you know. And they got me in the same week. Parking’s a little tight but whatever. Yeah, I’d go back.

The gap

Asking works. Typing is where reviews stall.

Your happiest customers mean it when they say they’ll leave a review. Then they get to the car, open Google, stare at an empty box, and move on with their day. PostVoice keeps the ask at your counter and takes the typing out of it.

How it works

Three steps. About a minute of talking.

  1. 01 · Scan and send

    A card at your counter

Scanning opens their texts with one message ready to go. They tap send. Nothing to download.

  2. 02 · Call and talk

They tell it like a friend

We text back a number. They call and say how it went, pauses and all.

  3. 03 · Post it

    Their review, ready to post

A few minutes later we text a link to the written review. They read it, fix anything, and post it on Google.

Why voice

Spoken reviews say more.

People say “Maria was so gentle” out loud. They almost never stop to type it.

  1. 01

    Names and details

Talking brings out the specifics: who helped, what got fixed, how long it took. Those are the lines future customers look for when they read your reviews.

  2. 02

    Nothing to learn

No app, no account, no form. A text and a phone call are things every customer already knows how to do.

  3. 03

    Their words, their post

Customers read every word, change anything, and post from their own Google account. PostVoice never posts for anyone.

FAQ

Questions owners ask

Is this allowed by Google?

Google’s review rules come down to real customers describing real experiences, with no rewards and no fake reviews. With PostVoice the customer tells their own story, reads the written version, changes anything they want, and posts it from their own Google account. We never post for anyone or offer rewards for reviews. Offer the card to every customer: Google asks businesses not to invite only the happy ones.

What if a customer says something negative?

It’s their review. A small gripe in an otherwise good review is what makes the rest believable, and your reply to it shows future customers you listen.

Does PostVoice post reviews for my customers?

No. We text each customer a link to their written review. They read it, edit it, and post it themselves.

Do my customers need an app or an account?

No app. They need a phone that can text and call, and a Google account to post, the same as any Google review.

What does it cost my customers?

Nothing from us. Standard message and data rates from their carrier may apply, and they can text STOP at any time.

What kinds of businesses is it for?

Any business where customers visit in person: clinics, salons, shops, restaurants, cafés, gyms, and auto and home services.

How much does PostVoice cost?

Pricing depends on how many locations you run. We’ll cover it on a 15-minute demo.
